RoboForm has an internal backup engine, and a while back I posted a small tutorial on how to back up RoboForm data. Now, the backup works quite fast and it's easy to do, but if you want to synchronize your RoboForm data between your computer and your laptop, this can get a bit tricky if you don't use their other program, Goodsync.
